The colour wheel shows the colours ranging through red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. These are divided into warm colours and cool colours.

I love colour so I have used the colour wheel as a way of organising the clothing on this page rather than into outfit types or seasons. This is because when I am creating clothes for my dolls, I often have a colour that I would like in mind. Or sometimes I am designing an outfit in a particular colour that will co-ordinate with another outfit or partial outfit that I already have so that I can create additional styles. When I am creating an outfit my favourite way of working is to choose the Sasha model at the start. You can meet my models when you visit My Sasha Collection pages.

Clicking on the colour below will take you to the section you want or you can enjoy browsing through all of them. Of course most fabrics have more than one colour in them. In these cases I have placed the outfit using the most dominant colour.

Cool in Linen and Cotton

Rowena looks so elegant in these colours. The blouse is an elegant short sleeve tunic in a beautiful floral printed cotton fabric with orange, rust, gold flowers and sage green foliage on a cream background. Dark Green Two Tiered Dress

Kiera is wearing a beautiful dark green leaf print cotton dress. The dres has a drop waist with a gathered two tiered skirt. Her contrasting belt is decorated with a lovely white enamelled flat bead. Her pants are made using the same contrasting fabric used in her belt. Her socks and hair tie are hand knit using a pale green lace weight shetland wool. The shoes are dark green leather Mary Jane style shoes that I bought on ebay a few years ago but which were the perfect colour of green for this outfit. Cable Sweater with Leggings

A beautiful long length sweater hand knit using a sage, grey and spring green coloured sock yarn. I love the way the colours drift through each other. The sweater was my version of a sweater I saw in a knitting magazine. I loved the cable and the rib detail at the neck that became her collar. Her dark green leggings are a lovely contrast to the colour of her sweater. Her fairisle patterned earflap hat is hand knit using the yarn used in her sweater, a dark green wool that matches her leggings and an ivory wool. The ties are plaited. Elegant Cardigan with Matching scarf

Rowena is wearing a hand knit cardigan using a 4 ply hand dyed merino wool. I saw a cardigan with a matching scarf which I just loved, so this is my version for Sasha. The cardigan has 4 buttons, an upright collar and two pockets at the front. I matched the colour of the cardigan to the brown tendrils on her blouse. I used the same wool for her hand knit socks. Her blouse has a pretty ivy leaf pattern on an ivory background. Her trousers are dark green needle cord that matches the ivy leaf on her blouse. All the raw edges are over locked for a neat finish. I found the perfect flower shaped hair clasp which looks sweet with the outfit. The outfit is completed with dark brown laced boots. Pale Green Traditional Dress Outfit

A beautiful traditional style dress outfit with peach/pink flowers with darker sage green leafy tendrils set against a pale green background. Very elegant. I chose a lovely contrast cotton fabric for her slip and pantalettes. It is the perfect match to the colour of the flowers, a peach/pink fabric with ivory polka dots. Beautiful Sweater Dress

Katie is wearing a hand knit sweater dress with a polo neck collar and a pocket at the front. Hand knit using hand dyed merino wool. There are many shades of green, aqua and grey in the dress. It is truly beautiful. I teamed this dress with mid grey cotton leggings and a beanie hat. This mid grey just seemed to make the colours in the colours in the dress glow. Perfect combination. It looks stunning on Katie, which I why I chose to put the cream coloured ugg boots with the outfit. They just work so well with her hair. Pretty Cotton Dress

Lisa is wearing a pretty cotton dress with sage green foliage and tendrils and dainty red flowers. Her scarf is made using a fine sage green and ivory check cotton fabric. Her sash and pants are made from a pretty leafy patterned sage and ivory fabric. She has a fine ivory ribbon tying her hair to the side. Her socks are hand knit using an ivory lace weight wool. Stunning Traditional Style Dress Outfit

Natalie is wearing a beautiful traditional style dress outfit. Her dress was made using two lovely contrasting cotton fabrics. The yoke is deep red with gold dots. The rest of the dress was made using a lovely two tone green fabric with little red and blue birds eating deep red grapes. Stunning colour combination. A soft ecru lace collar at her neck. Cute Green Hoodie

Greg is wearing a cute hoodie, another new sweater pattern for the Evergreen Collection. I hand knit the hoodie using a lovely sock wool in several shades of green. His straight leg trousers are a forest green needle cord. All raw edges are overlocked for a neat finish. His mittens and socks are hand knit using a pale green Shetland lace weight wool. Beautiful Green Flecked Sweater Outfit

Emilie is wearing a beautiful green flecked sweater and hat. They are knit using sock wool where the shades of green just seem to drift through each other from light to dark. The green is ivy coloured and had a bluish tone which I used in the scarf which was hand knit using an ivy green, a blue and a very dark forest green lace weight wool. I finished the scarf with a little tassel at each end. Her trousers are a lovely shade of dark green needle cord and all raw edges are overlocked for a neat finish. Elegant Traditional Dress Outfit

Sasha is wearing an elegant traditional style dress outfit. The dress has a very dainty leafy tendril pattern with dainty red flowers on a two toned ivory and cream background. I chose an ivory and cream patterned cotton for her collar, cuffs and pantalettes. Forest Green Duffle Coat

The duffle coat that Emilie is modelling is made using very dark forest green needle cord with a toning lining fabric. It looks beautiful with the sweater outfit (Evergreen Collection - 109). The duffle fastens with brown suede loops and darker toned wooden toggles. The duffle and pockets are fully lined. Summer Outfit in Blue

A stunning outfit for summer. Maya is wearing a lovely cotton jersey blue swimming costume that looks beautiful with her blue eyes. Her cover up is a pretty cotton fabric white daisies and green foliage on a blue background the same tone as her swimming costume. Her shorts are a plain blue cotton fabric the same colour as the blue of the floral fabric. Her reversible hat is made from the floral fabric and the blue fabric. Her lined bag is made from blue cotton the same colour as her swimming costume and the pretty floral fabric. She also has a fine blue ribbon for her ponytail. Starla is modelling an elegant Norwegian style sweater and matching hat. The sweater is hand knit using 4 ply wool. I used a jade green and a darker teal colour for the pattern with an ivory main colour. I have coordinated the sweater with a beautiful pair of boot leg style ivory coloured needlecord trousers/pants. All the raw edges are overlocked for a neat finish. Gorgeous Diagonal Knit Sweater

Sasha looks gorgeous in this beautiful tunic sweater outfit. The polo neck tunic sweater is knitted in garter stitch and fits her beautifully. The sleeves are a loose style and very elegant. The sweater is hand knitted using a 4 ply tweed sock wool. The colours blend through each other creating a beautiful diagonal pattern. Some of the colours in the sweater include light blue, mid blue, teal, rust and yellow. I have coordinated the sweater with a beautiful pair of boot leg style teal coloured needlecord trousers/pants. Gorgeous zig-zag sweater Outfit

Velvet is modelling a stunning OOAK outfit. The hand knit sweater is made using a pretty camel colour tone for the main colour and contrasting mauve and blue tones in 4 ply wool. Her boot leg style camel coloured cotton needlecord trousers coordinate beautifully with the sweater. The hand knit socks with a mauve zig-zag detail match the sweater. Lovely in Blue

Sasha is modelling a beautiful outfit which brings out the colour of her eyes. The sweater is hand knitted from 4 ply wool rich sock yarn which has tones of aquamarine, blue and turquoise in it. Her trousers are a loose fitting style, made from blue cotton velvet and match the sweater perfectly. They are elasticated at the waist for an excellent fit and all raw seams are over locked for a neat finish. Hand knitted hat and scarf with a lace edge to both. Elegant in Frosty Blues

Sasha is wearing an elegant outfit. Her party dress is made using a fine floral cotton fabric of fine blue flowers on a blue background. It features a tiered skirt. I thought the longer style shaped jacket looked elegant with the belt. Sasha's knitted jacket is made using a beautiful bamboo sock yarn which has a fabulous sheen and drape when knitted with a lovely silky feel. Cute Toddler Outfit

My brunette Esther is wearing a coorinating outfit to the one that Sasha is wearing above. Her smock was knitted using the same lovely bamboo sock yarn as Sasha's jacket. It is a new toddler outfit and the smock features a pretty textural bramble pattern and little turned up cuffs. Her trousers are made using the same floral fabric as the dress sasha is wearing. I completed the outfit with little shetland wool lace weight bootees tied with I-cord made from the same wool as her smock. She is playing with her lovely little grey blue nose bear. Beautiful Frosty toned Dress

Annette is wearing a cute outfit. Her waistcoat is hand knit using 4ply hand dyed wool. Its colours coordinate beautifully with the colour of the blue flowers on her dress. The waistcoat buttons at the front with pretty grey pearly buttons and features a lacey pattern on the front. Her dress has a gathered skirt with a narrow pleat just above the hemline. Her bodice is fully lined. The sleeves are puffed with a little cuff and she has a contrasting colour of blue for the collar. Her pants match the dress. Fabulous Wool Jacket

Pippa is modelling my favourite outfit from this collection. It is a beautiful v-neck jacket knitted in 2ply sweater weight shetland wool. The jacket is in the main striped with little speckles of contrasting colour in some of the stripes. I loved the dark blue buttons which have a couple of tones in them. She has a crew neck short sleeved sweater on underneath her jacket. It is knit using a lovely blue and dark green sock wool, (the same wool as I used for the background of the sweater with the white horses). Her trousers are denim bootleg style. Her outfit is finished with hand knit socks made from the same sock wool as her short sleeved top. She has little track shoes to finish the outfit. White Horses in Starlight

Bethany is wearing a beautiful version of the White Horses sweater. I knitted a similar sweater to this last year. I really liked the pattern and the look of the horses against the dark blues and greens (same wool as the short sleeved sweater in the outfit above). The sweater has raglan sleeves. The horses were worked in a 4 ply ivory wool. Her straight leg style trousers are made from dark green wool tweed. A lovely weight of fabric. Her hat matches the sweater. Adorable Toddler Outfit

I really love the shape of this little hand knit smock style tunic on Elke. It is so pretty on her and picks up the pale blue of her eyes. She is wearing mid-blue denim trousers which fasten at the back. Her bootees were knitted using denim blue coloured lace weight shetland wool tied with fine blue ribbons. Handsome in Blues

I love these two outfits photographed together. Michael and Elke look so adorable together. Michael's sweater and hat are knitted using a lovely wool/cotton sock yarn. It has a lovely tweedy fleck in it. His trousers are made from a lovely mid-blue denim and are straight leg with pockets. Fabulous in Blue, White and Olive Green

Katie looks gorgeous in this outfit. The drop waist dress has a gathered skirt, v-neck and the short sleeves have a little pleat at the cuff. I matched the buttons to the beautiful green colour of the leaves. The buttons took a while to find but are really gorgeous and the perfect colour. The blue lace weight shetland wool cardigan has a v-neck style that fits perfectly beneath the collar of her dress. The blue is exactly the same colour as the blue flower on her floral dress and her blue shoes. Her socks were knit using natural white lace weight shetland wool with a fine blue stripe. Modern Cardigan in Blues

Maya is wearing a beautiful outfit that I think looks really cute on her. Her cardigan is hand knit using a pretty sky blue lace weight shetland wool. Yet again the buttons were hard to find. I kept looking for the right size and colour everywhere I went. Her blouse is made using a pretty dainty rose bud pattern cotton fabric which fastens at the back. The buttons I chose are really cute little sky blue flower shaped ones. Very dainty. In this style of cardigan, I think the design of the buttons are a really important feature. Her hair is tied back with an I-cord hair tie knitted in the same lace weight shetland wool as her cardigan.

Fabulous Silk Tweed Outfit

Sasha is modelling a fabulous outfit. Her polo neck sweater is hand knit in 4 ply wool, the main colour is purple and the contrasting stripes are magenta. Her trousers/pants are a loose style made from luxury 100% silk tweed fabric. The silk has ginger, purple, dark green and magenta colours running through it. A truly stunning fabric. Beautiful rich colours. The edges are overlocked for a neat finish. Her pretty hat is made from the same beautiful fine silk tweed fabric. She has pale pink and magenta satin ribbon for her hair.

Ariel is modelling a stunning outfit in shades of navy and purple. The polo neck sweater is hand knit using 4 ply wool in purple, navy and sky blue. The sweater is designed to fit Ariel perfectly. She is wearing a pretty purple hand knitted hair band. The navy fine cotton needlecord boot leg style trousers/pants are perfect with the sweater. All raw edges are overlocked for a neat finish. Sasha is wearing a beautiful outfit. The sweater is a lovely textural fairisle knit using a 4 ply teal wool for the main colour and a lovely multi coloured sock wool for the contrast colour. The sweater has a ribbed polo neck and welt and the cuffs are i-cord. I chose to knit the earflap hat and socks using the colourful sock yarn and edged the hat in the teal... both wools were used for the plaits. White Horses in Starlight

Sasha is wearing a beautiful version of the White Horses sweater. I knitted a similar sweater to this last year. Delphinium Days

Greg is wearing a gorgeous sweater in shades of delphinium blues... The sweater has a ribbed polo neck and raglan sleeves. I chose a lovely sky blue to contrast with the sweater... The cute hat and socks have a single stripe using the same lovely sock wool used for the sweater. The scarf is ribbed. I love these colours on Greg they really suit him. Dreaming of Cornflowers

Ffyon my lovely Trendon Pintucks from 1982 is wearing a gorgeous Fair Isle yoke sweater... The main colour is worked in a 4 ply ivory wool which sets off the light blue, denim blue and pale pink used for the colourwork. I chose colours for this sweater which reminded me of annual cornflowers. She has mauve/pink lace weight shetland wool hand knitted socks. Her trousers are mid-blue denim bootleg style trousers. Sparkling Camassia

Gregor (from 1968) is wearing one of my favourite outfits from this collection. I really love how this sweater turned out and the gorgeous colour combination... of the mauves, purples, lavender, denim blue and zesty green. I used the same sock wool for his hat. His trousers are made using lavender coloured needlecord and have pockets at the front. All raw edges are overlocked for a neat finish. Tiger Lilies

Natalie looks very pretty wearing this sweater that features a pretty multi coloured fairisle zig zag edging pattern worked in a lovely Jitterbug sock wool. I love the ivory setting off the pretty colours. I made a hat to match the sweater using the lovely fairisle rib for the edge. After trying the sweater with a few different colours I settled on a strong magenta needlecord for her trousers. They are straight leg style with pockets at the front. Her sweater fastens at the back with two buttons that are exactly the same colour as her trousers. This allows for the sweater to be worn with the buttons to the front for a different look. I waited until I had chosen the trouser colour before choosing the buttons as I thought it would be nice to have them matching. She has pink and white track shoes. Glorious Parrot Tulips

Sarah is wearing a beautiful outfit. Her sweater is a gorgeous mix of purples and magentas. Wonderful depth of colour. Her earflap hat is made using a Lorna's Laces Sock wool. Starlit Christophii

My brunette Sasha re-root is wearing the cabled sweater. It has two cables at the front and double moss st for the background and sleeves. A polo neck collar and rib cuffs and welt. I have used the same lovely 4 ply dusky pink wool for the double moss st socks. Her bootleg trousers are also mauve needlecord. Beautiful Black Purl

Sasha is wearing a richly coloured wide rib sweater knitted in Araucania hand painted wool. I used the same lovely wool to knit her ear flap hat. Her scarf and socks are knitted using a dark indigo wool. I used the same wool to knit the edge on her hat and both wools are used for the plaits. Amethyst Breeze

David is wearing a cute outfit. I used crazy zauberball sock wool for his sweater and hat. I loved the long repeat in this yarn which gave a very modern look to the graduating colours. His socks are knitted using a lovely lace weight shetland wool which picks out one of the colours in his sweater. His straight leg trousers are made from mid blue denim. Sasha is wearing a lovely striped sweater dress. I have used the same lovely Araucania wool and indigo wool to knit the dress in fine stripes. I used the indigo for her cuffs, polo neck collar and welt. Also used the indigo to knit her modern style hat. I spent a lot of time looking for fabric to make her tights. Couldn't find the right colour anywhere and then I saw a woollen sweater in a shop that was just the right colour. I brought it home and cut off one sleeve. Perfect. Beautiful Floral Dress

Starla is modelling a beautiful floral cotton dress in shades of sea green, pinks and purples against an ivory background. The dress has short puffed sleeves with mauve piping accent. Fairisle in Shades of Lilac

I love this outfit. Ffyon my Limited Edition Pintucks is modelling it. Her sweater is hand knit using lace weight shetland wool in 4 pretty colours. I softened the look of the sweater with a pretty collar using the pale pink edged with blue. Her bootleg style trousers are a sea blue colour with a lovely sheen to the surface of the needlecord. I used the pale sea blue colour of lace weight wool to knit her ankle socks. The outfit is completed with a beautiful pair of Boneka leather laced shoes. Ffyon is wearing a beautiful dark mauve duffle coat. This coat is very elegant looking in a richly coloured mauve needlecord. Fully lined, including pockets with mauve lining fabric. Greg is wearing a very cute outfit. His hat and sweater and socks are hand knit using a gorgeous 4 ply tweed sock wool. The colours just seem to blend through each other with shades of lilac, mauve, blue and sea blue. I chose a lilac (more blue toned) shetland lace wool to knit the loops for his hat and his scarf. His straight leg style denim trousers have pockets and all raw edges are overlocked for a neat finish. His outfit is completed with a pair of commercially made black laced ankle boots. Traditional Style Yoke Dress

Katie is wearing a gorgeous traditional style yoke dress. I used the contrast fabric for the yoke, cuffs, pantalettes and waist slip. The dress fabric is a beautiful floral fabric with a darker shade of mauve for the background and lilac, pink and ivory flowers. The leaves match the same shade of aqua that I have used for the contrast fabric. Her ankle socks are hand knit using a lovely pale aqua colour of lace weight shetland wool. Floral Smocked Dress

This is one of my favourite outfits. I love the contrast in the colours. The smocked dress is made from a beautiful floral cotton fabric. The background is a pretty shade of lilac. The flowers are shades of pink outlined in maroon. The smocking picks out the leaf green and these shades. Her pants match the dress. Her bolero is hand knit using lace weight maroon shetland wool. I chose a pretty pale lilac lace weight shetland wool for her ankle socks. It matches the background colour of her dress. I also used this wool to knit her hair tie. Velvet is wearing a beautiful lilac smocked dress. The smocking is worked using a pretty hand dyed cotton embroidery thread. It is in shades of lilac, purple and turquoise. The dress is made from a lovely plain lilac cotton fabric. Her pants match her dress fabric. I used a pretty soft bamboo sock yarn for her short sleeved bolero jacket. This yarns has a wonderful silky sheen to it. Her ankle socks are hand knit using lilac lace weight shetland wool. I used this wool to knit her hair tie.
